Manager – Rent A Car Company

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee operations in a Rent A Car business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and the ability to manage fleet operations, customer service, and regulatory compliance efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: ✅Oversee daily rental operations and ensure smooth business functioning ✅Manage fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, and utilization ✅Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction ✅Supervise and lead operational staff and drivers ✅Ensure compliance with UAE RTA regulations, vehicle registration, and insurance processes ✅Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements 🎯 Qualifications: ✅Bachelor’s Degree ✅Additional certification in Fleet Management / Operations Management is an advantage ✅Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory) ✅Fluency in Arabic language 🎯 Experience: ✅Minimum 5–8 years of experience in car rental / transport / fleet management industry ✅At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role ✅Proven experience in daily rental operations, fleet management, and customer service ✅Strong knowledge of UAE RTA regulations, vehicle registration, and insurance processes ✅Hands-on experience with rental software / ERP systems Application Note: Candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply through the portal.
